The Water and Climate Coalition will take an active part in the climate change negotiations at COP-17 in Durban, November 28 – December 9, advocating for a clearer focus on the links between climate change, water and development.
The positions document, which outlines the Water and Climate Coalition’s suggestions for how a water perspective could be better integrated with the UNFCCC process, is available here. These positions form the basis for the advocacy dialogues that will be held with negotiators on site in Durban.
